When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant is a person who operates D (hereinafter referred to as “the instant multi-face”) located in G in Gungbuk-gun, Gungbuk-gun, and was engaged in so-called “tampet business” in a way that allows multi-party employees E (V, 36 years of age) to engage in multi-party sexual traffic and divide the price for the sexual traffic.

1. On March 5, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) stated that “F is good for each customer and is fine; (b)” and made E engage in so-called “temet business” by having him/her engage in so-called “temet business”; (c) received KRW 270,000 from F, a customer, from the non-f, and arranged sexual intercourse on one occasion at the time of stay at around 2:00 on the same day.

2. On March 8, 2016, at H located in G at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) stated that “I would not salp or engage in salp business and sexual traffic”; and (b) allowed E to engage in so-called “temet business”; (c) from around 13:00 to around 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by receiving KRW 300,000 from I who is a customer and receiving KRW 300,000 from I to around 17:0 of the same day.

3. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) told E to “LL Na’s friendship business, tweet business and sexual traffic”; (b) let E carry on so-called “Tweet business”; (c) received KRW 300,00 from L, a customer, and arranged sexual intercourse on three occasions at around 14:00 on the same day.

4. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated that “I would be good and fine for each passenger; (b) would be engaged in so-called “temet business” to E; (c) from around 21:00 to around 03:00 on March 26, 2016, the Defendant assisted E to engage in sexual traffic by receiving KRW 300,000 from I, a customer, and arranging sexual intercourse on one occasion.

Accordingly, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic four times as above.
