손해배상(기)
1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against the defendant: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate was amended under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum). Since the statutory interest rate was changed from 20% per annum to 20% per annum, the portion in excess is dismissed, and the Plaintiff is seeking damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act by the date of delivery of a duplicate of the complaint without specifying the initial date, but the initial date cannot be specified even after examining the description of the cause of the claim
