On April 27, 2016, the Defendant infringed the Defendant’s author’s property right by reproducing and transmitting “D,” a file-sharing website (http:/sedisk.com) by using one’s scke computer without the Defendant’s permission from the complainant, and by reproducing and transmitting “D,” a file-sharing website (htp:/sedisk.com).
2. Applicable provisions of Acts to facts charged in judgment: Judgment dismissing a complaint by the complainant on November 3, 2016, after the institution of public prosecution under Article 140 of the Copyright Act, which is subject to prosecution under Article 136 (1) of the Copyright Act (Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
