A. The Plaintiff supplied the key to the Defendant from that time.

C. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 30 million on December 19, 2012 from the Defendant, and KRW 150 million on March 21, 2013.

Therefore, the Defendant’s remaining amount of KRW 1,329,638,640 (i.e., KRW 1,779,638,640) - KRW 300 million - KRW 150 million after the date of each payment agreement, and the promotion of litigation from May 27, 2015 to the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, as sought by the Plaintiff.
