1. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:45, on February 22, 2017, driven a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 30 meters of alcohol content 0.102% of alcohol during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license from the head of the Singu Singu, Busan, and from the head of the Singu, to the road in front of the M stoma in the same Dong.
