1. The defendant shall pay 175,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', respectively). 2. Judgment without ground (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Since the interest rate of 15% per annum is modified in accordance with the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, part of the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed.
