1. Basic facts
A. The lease relationship 1) Jeju Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. (K non-Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. on September 16, 2002) changed its trade name into that.

A) around 2002, KB rental apartment corresponding to publicly constructed rental housing under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the former Enforcement Decree of the Rental Housing Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 18135, Mar. 17, 2004) (hereinafter “instant rental apartment”) which was newly constructed on the BZ and CA ground by the main industry in leisure.

(2) On April 9, 2002, the K non-real estate trust made a public announcement of the invitation of occupants against the homeless householders residing in the time of leisure, with the approval of the public announcement of invitation on April 9, 2002, and all the Defendants, a homeless householder, applied for occupancy in the first-come first-served order.
From April 2002, the Defendants entered into a lease agreement with respect to each of the rental apartments of this case, setting the lease term from November 15, 2002 to five years.

(4) On August 29, 2007, the Plaintiff purchased the instant rental apartment from the K non-real estate trust, succeeded to the status as a rental business operator of the K non-real estate trust, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant rental apartment on November 30, 2007. (4) The west Drawing-do concluded a lease agreement with the Defendants whose term of the said lease expires since December 2007, which extended the term of the said lease.

Around October 2010, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport applied for approval for conversion into lots for rental apartments 1,392 households in the instant rental apartment market, and the leisure market was in the instant case on October 12, 2010.
