[criminal history] On August 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court. On September 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment by the High Military Court on September 16, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Armed Forces Prison on January 16, 2016. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on April 28, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On December 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving DK7 automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 3.9km from the Do of Vinininsins in the short-term driving of the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to the front of C in the same city.
