2. Determination:

A. According to the facts of recognition as above, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for damages caused by the tort of this case.

B. The scope of damages for the tort of this case is based on the calculation basis, calculation details, and amount of the damages sustained by the Plaintiffs.

However, pursuant to the discount method that deducts interim interest at the rate of 5/12 per month, it shall be calculated as the current price at the time of the tort of this case, and it shall be less than the month for the convenience of calculation.
