When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On February 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and two months at the Seoul Southern District Court for fraud, etc., and has been sentenced to the same year.

6.2 The judgment became final and conclusive.

On July 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 11-way LAF Co., Ltd. in the used car trading company, A.S. in Seocho-gu, Seoul, in order to borrow 16.5% a monthly interest rate of 1,380,770 won from the victim NHF Capital Co., Ltd.; and (b) set up a collateral security right under the name of the damaged company to secure the above loan obligation on the said car; (c) on August 2013, the Defendant borrowed 7 million won from a person who was under the name of the injured company and transferred 7,00,000 won from the person who was under the name of the injured company for the purpose of securing the said car; and (d) concealed the said car owned by the Defendant, which was the purpose of the victimized company, with the aim of securing the said car, thereby hindering the Defendant’s exercise of the right to exercise the right.
