1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 as well as 10% per annum from April 30, 2014 to August 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings with Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is modified to apply the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim shall be dismissed.
