The plaintiff, victim E, F, and G were enrolled in the second half of the year 2019.
D Elementary School Violence Autonomy Review Committee (hereinafter “the instant autonomous committee”) held a meeting on May 14, 2019 and requested the Defendant to take each of the following measures against the following facts by an internal and external expert under Article 17(1)5 of the former Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against School Violence (amended by Act No. 16441, Aug. 20, 2019; hereinafter the same shall apply) 10 times of psychological treatment, 10 days of the suspension of attendance under Article 6, 17(3), 5 hours of the completion of special education under Article 17(9), and 5 hours of the completion of special education by a guardian under Article 17(9).

4. During the period of up to 19.1, E students shall continue to engage in acts of causing physical and mental harm by causing violence and violence as follows.
