1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 11, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff filed a payment order (Seoul Central District Court 2009 tea 48578) that "3,00,000 won against the defendant and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the service of the original copy of the payment order to the day of complete payment," and the plaintiff received the payment order around May 6, 2009, which became final and conclusive on May 27, 2009.
