【The Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for an injury, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on November 26, 2013. 【Criminal Facts】 2019 Highest 2500

A. From October 30 to 12:05 on October 30, 2019, the Defendant threatened with the victim’sJ (Woo, 29 years old) who want to board the said taxi, on the ground that the I cab operated by the victim H (Nam, 62 years old) around the Cheongju-si apartment site located in the Cheongju-si G apartment site, would interfere with the passage of the road and stop on the road.
