Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;
A. On February 13, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of February 13, 2012, using the resident registration number B around 14:35, the Defendant illegally used another’s resident registration number by arbitrarily inputting B’s resident registration number on the Internet “net” website using the resident registration number B.
B. On March 29, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of March 29, 2012, entered a member’s resident registration number on the Internet “net” website via D’s resident registration number on March 29, 2012, and used D’s resident registration number unlawfully.
C. On August 3, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of August 3, 2012, using the E’s resident registration number at a place where it is impossible to identify a place around 20:19, the Defendant illegally used another’s resident registration number by arbitrarily inputting the E’s resident registration number on the website as a DNA.
2. Fraud by using computers, etc.;
A.
