Where a defendant fails to pay the above fine, the defendant shall be confined in a workhouse for a period calculated by converting 100,000 won into one day.

The provisional payment of the amount equivalent to the above fine shall be ordered.

On May 9, 2015, the Defendant, at around 19:45, inflicted injury on the day care days due to the injury on the part of the victim B (the age of 50) in the front stairs of the entrances of the Dong branch of Chuncheon-si 8, Chuncheon-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si branch, and on the ground that the victim B (the age of 50) intended to take a bath.
