The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Grand Car.

On January 29, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 14:30, and driven the said car at a speed of about 20km per hour, depending on four lanes towards the scco 1st two lanes in front of the south-gu coast at the port of South-gu at the port of North-gu.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 전방주시의무를 소홀히 하여 운전한 과실로 진행 방향 가장자리에 있던 연석을 들이받고 위 승용차가 좌측으로 튕기면서 마침 3차로에서 진행하던 C 에쿠스 승용차를 운전하던 피해자 D(44세)으로 하여금 위 그랜드 카니발 승용차를 발견하고 이를 피하기 위해 핸들을 좌측으로 조작하면서 2차로에서 진행하는 E이 운전하는 F 카고트럭의 앞범퍼 부분을 위 에쿠스 승용차의 좌측 후반부 부분으로 들이받게 하고, 연이어 1차로를 진행하던 피해자 G(37세)이 운전하는 H 카니발 승용차의 앞범퍼 부분을 위 에쿠스 승용차의 좌측 운전석 부분으로 충돌하게 하였다.
