On June 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:03, the 190 World Cup in Mapo-gu, Seoul, 190 (Masan-dong); (b) there was a defect in the Mapo Police Station’s traffic and its position C, which was under traffic control, with the central line of the Defendant; (c) one hand, led the said C’s hand to the Defendant’s car; (d) three meters away from the car to the Defendant’s car; and (e) took the PDA printer’s flag, which the said C was under traffic control, was located in the chief police officer.

이에 위 C이 피고인에게 이의신청 절차를 말해주자 피고인은 다시 “씹할, 가자고, 가자고, 가시자고요”라며 위 C이 손목을 강하게 잡아챈 후 끌고 가려고 하고, 두손으로 위 C의 가슴을 강하게 밀쳐 경찰공무원의 교통단속에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
