1. All appeals filed by the counterclaim Defendant against the counterclaim Defendant are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Lessee.
Even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance shows each evidence submitted to this court, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate.
Therefore, this court's reasoning is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants should be dismissed in its entirety as there is no ground.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed as it is without merit.
