On July 20, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant, at a convenience store managed by the victim D in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, 21:45 on July 20, 2017, presented a remaining high-priced card while purchasing goods from the injured party, and then did not make payment.”

However, the defendant did not have money at the time, so even if he received goods from the injured party, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the money to the injured party.

피고인은 이에 속은 피해 자로부터 900원 상당의 ‘ 쫄깃한 찹쌀떡’ 1개 등 시가 합계 31,500원 상당의 물품을 교부 받은 것을 포함하여, 이때부터 2017. 9. 1. 20:30 경까지 사이에 위와 같은 방법으로 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 6회에 걸쳐 합계 203,160원 상당의 물품을 교부 받았다.

1. The property acquired through the reduction of income was embezzled without taking necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On July 23, 2017, at the J convenience store located in Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, around 05:48, the Defendant purchased the Mebaba 3 A, etc., and made payment by presenting the KB national card obtained as stated in the preceding paragraph to the victim K, the main owner of the business, and used the lost credit card at the same time by acquiring goods equivalent to KRW 25,800,00, including the Meba 25,800, including the Meba 3 A, from the victim.
