A. Defendants B, D, E, and F respectively.

A. The Plaintiff is a project financial investment company (PFV) established to promote the U Urban Development Project for the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government T (hereinafter “instant project”). Defendant B, C, D, E, and F are part of the registered titleholders with respect to each of the 1/22 shares of the Seocho-gu Seoul N-gu 50 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) located in the instant project site, and the rest of Defendant G, H, I, J, K,K, L, and M are part of the registered titleholders with respect to each of the 1/23 shares of Q34 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) located in the instant project site.

B. (1) On March 28, 2006, the V Urban Development Project Promotion Committee entered into an agreement on the instant project (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with W (hereinafter “W”), Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd., and Korea Bank (hereinafter “instant agreement”). The main contents are as indicated in [Attachment 1].

(2) On April 11, 2006, W, X Co., Ltd. andY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”) agreed to implement the instant project by the PFV method. On the same day, the Plaintiff was established on the same day. According to the instant agreement, WW’s contractual status and rights and duties, which were in the position of the executing agent, were comprehensively transferred to the Plaintiff.

(3) After July 12, 2006, the Plaintiff entrusted the execution agency service contract concerning the instant project (hereinafter “instant agency contract”) with the V Urban Development Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant agency contract”) on July 12, 2006 between W 42%, X and Y respectively, 25.5%, 5% of our investment securities, and Z 2% of Z. 3) The Plaintiff entrusted the development project site, etc. to NAM in Gangnam-Nam, Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter “MM in Korea”) and the Plaintiff entrusted it to NAM in Korea.
