1. Basic facts
A. On February 14, 2014, around 14:00, the net F (hereinafter referred to as “the net”) was driven by the driver’s license holder from the road front H (hereinafter referred to as “the road of this case”) to the luminous maltoma, while driving the maltoma from the road front of the Haba City on February 27, 2014. C. The plaintiffs are legal successors as children of the deceased.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. In full view of the facts seen earlier, the aforementioned evidence and the following circumstances acknowledged by Gap evidence Nos. 9 and 10, defects in the construction and management of the road of this case, which are public structures, seems to exist in proximate causal relation between the defects of the road of this case and the accident of this case.
(1) The point of accident is the part of the road in this case, which remains unpackaged after the construction of sewage culvert.
The packaging part and the non-packaged part were cut about about 3 to 4 cm, and the non-Packing part, which is the point where the accident occurred, had small stone, etc., and the surface is not equal.
(2) The road of this case is a sewage culvert.
