1. As to the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff:
A. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) shall be 99,198,348 won and the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant).
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (d) Period: 120 days from the commencement date of construction;
(e) Details of construction: Reference to attached design - 1,144m - 183m - 183ms for 3rd-line sidewalks and railing 360ms for 360ms for 3rd-line sidewalks and railing;
(f) Construction site: 11.90km A-B, C Ha two, three lines, and three lines in the vicinity of 11.900km;
2. Bidding and contracting methods;
(a)The tender is a single-year construction, and will be executed by a total electronic tender without attaching a calculation statement to the tender;
4. The site descriptions will substitute for the perusal of the plan.

5. Joint contract (if necessary);
(a)Composition: Shall be a joint implementation method if it is a joint contract, and shall not exceed three enterprises, including representatives;

(c) the method of submitting an agreement: will submit a national comprehensive electronic procurement system in accordance with Article 9 of the General Agreement on Electronic Procurement.

6. Submission of tenders;
