A. On September 4, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) was diagnosed as having been diagnosed as having been diagnosed as having been using the escape card of the 4-5 drilling at the hospital located in Osan-si; (b) had been provided medical treatment since that time; and (c) had been provided multiple times of chronic blockings; (d) he/she received a variety of neutic surgery, neutic surgery, drugs, and physical therapy.

B. On July 11, 2015, the Plaintiff was treated as a member of the Dental Medical Center operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Han-gu Medical Center”) and was treated as a victim of the said medical treatment.

C. Since July 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around July 14, 2015, performed a procedure using slot machines, a type of medical vibration, on both sides; (b) from around July 20, 2015, performed a detailed correction procedure, including the taking-off local business, etc.

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant procedure”). D.

The Plaintiff received the above procedure from the Defendant Han-won to July 22, 2015, but there was a pain on the part of the Plaintiff, which did not keep to the right, and was transferred to C Hospital on July 23, 2015 by the 119 Emergency Squads around 09:50 on July 23, 2015.

E. On July 23, 2015, it was confirmed that the Plaintiff’s escape from the upcoming 4-5th century was discovered as a result of the examination of self-propiced video of the Johovah (MRI; hereinafter “MRI”), and on the same day, the Plaintiff received the removal of protruding signboards from C Hospital.

F. As a result of the Plaintiff’s inspection on September 4, 2014 and March 6, 2015, which was the transfer of the instant procedure, the Plaintiff’s 4-5 conjectioned out to the rear center and the left-hand side, and there was an opinion that the Plaintiff’s 5 conjection into the rear center and the left-hand side. As a result, on July 23, 2015 after the instant procedure, the Plaintiff’s 4-5 conjection signboards came out to the center and the rear side of both sides, the Plaintiff’s 5 conjection was moved to the middle part of the 5 conjection, and it was moved to the lower part of the 5 conjection body due to the lower part of the 5 conjection body.
