B is the chairman of the Culture and Arts Central Headquarters of H Organizations, which is the panty club group group of preliminary candidates G in the 18th presidential election. Defendant C is the director of the Daejeon Headquarters of H Organizations, and Defendant A is the director of the I Association of Korea and the senior managing director of the Korea J.M. who is an incorporated association as a member of the Daejeon Headquarters of H Organizations.

1. On November 16, 2012, Defendant B and C held the events jointly with the Daejeon Headquarters of the Daejeon Group for the appointment of the head and the head of the branch office in the Lware located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

As above, the Defendants conspired to offer 13,000 won per capita to 72 non-members, such as the above M, for the purpose of the G preliminary candidate in relation to the 18th presidential election (i.e., the total sum of KRW 23,000 per capita market price - membership fee of KRW 10,000).
