Punishment of the crime
The Defendant’s written indictment for inside directors of H Co., Ltd. is written as “representative director,” but it is obvious that it is a clerical error.

On November 2, 2012, the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the victim, under the name of the victim H, to E-Ma cargo vehicles owned by the victim, and leased the K number to the victim, under the name of the said corporation H, with a deposit for the lease of the vehicle license plate (so called e-mail), KRW 3 million for the business purpose, KRW 220,000 won for the land entry fee, and KRW 3,000,000 for the land entry fee, and KRW 3,000 for the contract term, and the victim run the truck transport business using the cargo vehicle.
On December 2, 2012, the Defendant argued that the victim violated the contract while employing a substitute engineer as a health problem, and brought a dispute, and tried to cancel the car number plate leased to the victim and receive the rent.

However, the above K vehicle number plate was not lost, and the victim was lawfully used according to the entrustment contract with H company.
Defendant 1 filed a false report on the loss of number plates, registration of change of purpose of use, and registration of transfer to the effect that the above number plates of KK, which leased to the victim as above, have been lost.
