A. The Plaintiff is a company that performs overseas travel agency business, etc., and the Defendant is a company that operates a private teaching institute.

B. On April 19, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an overseas training agreement with the Defendant (hereinafter “former contract”) with the following terms and conditions.

C. After the conclusion of the pre-revision agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, a civil petition was filed to the effect that the cost of training is high among the students participating in training through the Defendant. On October 19, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an overseas training agreement (hereinafter “a contract after amendment”) again with the following content.

The two trips and travelers shall enter into a travel contract as follows and deliver a travel agreement (in the case of a contract, attached thereto), a travel schedule (or a travel note) and a travel schedule (or a travel note).
