On November 27, 2019, the Defendant had obtained permission to cut standing trees from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration to Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and had changed the form and quality of land to a size of 6,887 square meters with a size of 122,367,00 square meters in size to cover recovery expenses equivalent to KRW 6,887 square meters by using a digging machine outside the permitted scope in the above B, C, D, and E, the State-designated cultural heritage from January 16, 202 to January 26, 2020.
