1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 25, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff’s claim for return of the above lease deposit against the Defendant upon the expiration of the lease agreement (from February 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015, the lease deposit amount of KRW 35 million) between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on February 15, 2014, which was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the Dong-dong C and 201: Provided, That the Plaintiff transferred the above real estate to the Defendant on July 24, 2015.
