1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,429,755 as well as KRW 35,386,80,00, respectively, from October 9, 2018.
1. On August 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 167,90,000 to the Defendant Company as monthly installment of KRW 2,520,000, annual interest rate of KRW 5.9%, and period of 72 months. Defendant C guaranteed the Defendant Company’s obligation.
After that, the defendant company lost its interest on the due date by delaying the payment of the principal and interest on the installment.
October 9, 2018, the remaining principal and interest as of October 9, 2018 and damages for delay on principal and interest (in accordance with overdue interest rates under the Enforcement Decree of the Credit Business Act, 3% interest rate) shall be claimed.
