The defendant is a person who operates C’s mutual title collection.

A. On April 16, 2015, around 20:28, the Defendant reported to 112 that “a person shall commit violence against 115 Dong 504” as his/her mobile phone within 115-dong 503, Nam-gu, Busan, Busan, on his/her mobile phone (number: 2679, 2695, 2700, 2706), and sent it to the site by F, a police officer belonging to the Busan, Busan, Police Station E District.

However, in fact, the residents G of the above apartment 504 had no place in the workplace since they worked in the workplace.

As above, the Defendant filed a false report with the Busan Local Police Agency 112 Reporting Center, and had the police officer believed such report dispatch to the site and made a false report.

B. On April 17, 2015, around 06:17, the Defendant filed a report (number: 651, 660, 663 No. 663) with 112, stating that he/she was killed by a person residing in 504 using a knife at the place of the above “A” in the same manner as “A” at the place of the above “A”, and F, a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station, was dispatched to the site.

However, the facts were that the residents G and H were locked in the above apartment house No. 504.

As above, the Defendant filed a false report with the Busan Local Police Agency 112 Reporting Center, and had the police officer believed such report dispatch to the site and made a false report.
