A. On November 26, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant Company to enter into a membership of the Marnuri New Daily Club with the amount of KRW 165,00,000 as well as the amount of KRW 165,00,00 as of the remaining payment date, and paid in full until October 2010.

B. Claim for the return of the membership fee due to the expiration of the period of claim for return under the above membership agreement (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)

In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is subject to the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request shall be dismissed.
