Details of the disposition
On September 30, 1983, the Minister of Construction and Transportation changed the project implementation district of this case into 7,052.4 square meters (the project implementation district of this case was changed to 7,052.4 square meters through the change of the project after the project implementation; hereinafter the same shall apply) to Qua, which is the public notice of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation on September 30, 1983, the urban redevelopment project implementation plan and the right to implement the project was changed to the S Zone Urban Environment Improvement Project Act (the name of the project implementation district of this case was changed to the S Zone Urban Improvement Project Act). The relevant project was wholly implemented under Article 2 subparagraph 2 of the former Urban Redevelopment Act (the entire Act was amended by Act No. 5116 of Dec. 29, 1995) or Article 2 subparagraph 2 (a) of the former Urban Redevelopment Act (the Act was repealed by another Act No. 6852 of Dec. 30, 2002).
On April 27, 1984, the Mayor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City publicly announced the decision of the project plan concerning the project in this case.
Pursuant to Article 12 of the former Urban Redevelopment Act (wholly amended by Act No. 5116, Dec. 29, 1995) on June 23, 1993, the Mayor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "stock company" shall be omitted when indicating the name of the company) shall be the project implementer, and shall authorize the execution of the project in this case with the contents of newly constructing the business facilities of 18th and 7th underground floors by designating the project implementation district of this case as the project implementation district of this case, and publicly notifying it as the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Public NotificationV on June 29, 193, and Written approval plan for the management and disposal plan of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 27, 1995.
