(2) The plaintiff, however, submitted a formal written answer after being served with a duplicate of the complaint of this case and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written answer, and thus, the plaintiff is deemed to have led to the confession of the facts indicated in the cause of the above claim in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
