2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. From July 1978, the Plaintiff has been working as a teacher, around 2002, as an assistant principal qualification for a secondary school, around 2008, acquired secondary school principal qualification and worked as a principal of a secondary school from March 1, 2013 to B high school principal.

B. On August 4, 2014, the General Disciplinary Committee for Public Officials of the Gangwon-do Office of Education decided to dismiss the Plaintiff by applying Articles 2 and 4 of the State Public Officials Act, on the ground that the Plaintiff committed the following misconduct (hereinafter “instant disciplinary cause”) and violated Article 63(1) of the State Public Officials Act. Accordingly, on August 8, 2014, the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant disciplinary disposition”).
