B The Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000, and a fine of KRW 900,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

B is a person who won an election after going through the audit election of the D Agricultural Cooperative implemented on January 26, 2015.

No person shall provide money, etc. to members to have him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a local agricultural cooperative.

Defendant

B on January 26, 2015, around 07:05, at the one’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si E, Defendant A called “F to receive money from her house,” and Defendant A conspired F to offer money and valuables to the elector in relation to the above audit election.

Accordingly, at around 07:30 on the same day, Defendant B asked Defendant A to deliver the same as above to Defendant B along with a support deposit, and 300,000 won in cash.

Thus, the defendant A, at around 09:00 on the same day, found the F's house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si G, Changwon-si, and delivered KRW 300,000 in cash to the above F, along with the support table for the defendant B, going to the election of the auditor.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer money to the members to make the Defendant B elected in the election for executive officers of agricultural cooperatives.

However, the instant crime is established as a fair election culture by an act highly dangerous to seriously undermine the objectivity and fairness of the election.
