1. Defendants A and D shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

1. Defendant A’s relation to Qua
(a) No person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall kill an animal by cruel means, such as hanging the animal;
On October 30, 2012, the Defendant died of Q Q Q (variety: Sheblet, gender: number, date of birth: April 18, 2010) registered as S in the N of Defendant’s operation, which was located in Jeju-si R, and caused the Defendant to die of the said horse by “brasting the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings of the strings.”

B. 2. As to Defendant B and C’s joint criminal conduct
A. The Defendants were willing to purchase the Defendant’s horses owned by the Defendant B under the name of the Defendant C designated as the producer by using the support of 50% of the premium in the event that a person designated as a producer from the Korean Racing Association purchases the livestock disaster insurance.
