300,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

On March 1, 1998, the Defendant entered the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (State) Construction. From July 1, 2012 to July 10, 2013, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working as the head of the Foreign Affairs Purchase Division, and was in charge of the overall affairs of the contract, such as the selection of contracting companies related to construction ordered by F, the adjustment of construction amount, etc.

On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) bid to the pipeline construction of a fertilizer plant that is scheduled to be established in G area that was ordered to be built in G area (ju), and (b) bid to the representative director of H (ju) H selected as a minimum bidder; and (c) bid price is changed to KRW 300,000,000 in return for bid price.

On October 31, 2012, the Defendant received 100,000,000 won in cash from K, which is a middle restaurant in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the consideration of raising the contract amount from I, and 100,000,000 won in cash under the same name as I, from the G, from the main point of a string where the trade name in Jongno-gu Seoul, is unknown around November 29, 2012, from the main point of a string where it is impossible to know around December 14, 2012, the Defendant received from I the 10,000,000 won in cash under the same name as I, respectively. < Amended by Act No. 11217, Dec. 14, 2012>

As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 300,000,000 in response to the illegal solicitation related to the pipeline construction of a fertilizer plant that was ordered to construct (ju) F.
