2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff, as a company aimed at soundproofing, manufacturing, installing, etc., was developing a soundproof-type soundproof-proof plate (m: 50 depth x 63 x 156 x 156 hereinafter referred to as “instant soundproof-proof plate”) that uses a dub reinforcement balance in around 2004.

B. On May 28, 2007, the Plaintiff obtained a new product certification from the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy pursuant to Article 16 of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act and Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act with the term of validity from May 28, 2007 to May 27, 2010, from the Minister of Knowledge Economy (the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy was reorganized as the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy pursuant to the amendment of the Government Organization Act, on May 23, 2010) with respect to the soundproof board of this case. < Amended by Act No. 10773, May 11, 2010; Act No. 10373, May 11, 2010 to May 10, 2013>

[Certification of New Products] Article 16 (Certification of New Products) (1) The Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy may certify the products with excellent performance and quality, which have significant economic and technical ripple effects, as new products, among the products completed by applying innovatively improved and improved technologies that have been initially developed in the Republic of Korea as core technologies.

(2) The certification of a new excellent product under paragraph (1) shall be effective, but may be extended, if necessary.

(3) A person who intends to obtain extension of the period of validity of certification or certification of a new product shall file an application with the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

(4) Matters necessary for the standards, objects and procedures of certification, the effective period of certification, etc. under paragraphs (1) through (3) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Article 17 (Assistance to Certified New Technology and Certified New Excellent Products) (1) The Government shall provide funding for the creation of new demand to those who have obtained the certification of new excellent technology under Article 15-2 (1) or the certification of new excellent products under Article 16 (1).
