However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:45 on December 17, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding the amount of food food increased to the Defendant who had been frequently on normal credit; (b) taking the victim’s bath to the Defendant; and (c) taking about 15 minutes of plastic materials used for cremation at the entrance of the above restaurant, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the disturbance between about 15 minutes.
