1. From August 6, 2014 to September 5, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the business of the Defendant from around August 6, 2014 to around September 5, 2014, up to the period from around August 6, 2014 to around September 5, 2014, the electric power of the washing room, linked to the electric power distribution box of the washing room, which was leased and used by the injured party without any change, before the electric power distribution box of the commercial building located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, in which the Defendant partially leased to the injured party C, led the Defendant not to operate.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business by allowing the victim who is engaged in food manufacturing business in the above building to not normally perform duties.

2. On September 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the place indicated in paragraph 1 around September 5, 2014, the Defendant: (b) extracted electric lines connected to the distribution of electricity from No. 104 to E without any doubt from the victim; and (c) caused the electricity of the washing room not to operate.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business by allowing the victim who is engaged in food manufacturing business in the above building to not normally perform duties.

3. On September 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 18:15 to 18:45 on September 8, 2014, the Defendant, who interfered with one’s business, caused F to keep the electricity of the washing room, which was connected to the electric distribution of electricity of 102, the leased property by the victim, without any doubt with the victim, so that the electricity of the washing room is not operated.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business by allowing the victim who is engaged in food manufacturing business in the above building to not normally perform duties.
