On October 15, 2012, at around 17:00, G in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (State) for a passenger car and show a driver’s license for a motor vehicle against D in his/her name to a staff member under his/her name and display an official document by presenting a driver’s license for a motor vehicle against D in his/her quantity;

2. At around 23:40 on November 6, 2012, during the 23:40th day of the 2012, H rocketing car in F, and, at the same time, at the staff in the name of the Hstya car in F, unlawful uttering official document by citing a driver’s license for the car against D in the quantity of D;

3. Around 06:40 on January 25, 2013, at F at F on January 25, 2013, showing a driver’s license for a motor vehicle with IK5 motor vehicle in its name to a staff member in his name, denying the use of official document by presenting a driver’s license for a motor vehicle with D on the quantity above D;

4. Around 17:00 on February 27, 2013, at K located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J (ju) for a car, and the car was translified in K, and the official document was illegally displayed by presenting the driver’s license for the car against the two Ds.
