1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 150,000,000 and KRW 100,000 among them, from August 21, 2008.

The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent the amount of KRW 100 million on April 21, 2008 to Defendant B on April 20, 2009; (b) the agreed interest rate of KRW 12% per annum; and (c) August 5, 2009 on August 4, 2010; and (d) the agreed interest rate of KRW 12% per annum; and (b) the Defendant C guaranteed the principal and interest of the loan. The Defendants guaranteed the said loan by paying only the interest of KRW 3-month interest, and thereafter did not pay each of the above loans.
2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the case that is concluded after October 1, 2015 is subject to the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the full payment, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request shall be dismissed.
