A. On June 23, 2016, the Plaintiff is a building owner of a building with a 430 square meters wide-area in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Sung-gun, and ordered the Defendant to perform the structural construction of the above building.

B. While performing the above structural construction, the Defendant waived the construction, and there remain spawres, copper, and rain pipes as stated in the order installed by the Defendant at the construction site.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to collect each of the diversities, dongba, and non-form pipes as indicated in the disposition and deliver the building and land as indicated in the order to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
