1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 191,590,399 won with 12% per annum from October 23, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. Basic facts
A. On July 20, 2006, the Plaintiff leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 50 million, monthly rent of KRW 8,316,000 (including value-added tax) to C (the Defendant’s president at that time), 472.43 square meters of underground 1 story 472.43 square meters of 2 stories, 346.03 square meters of 346.03 square meters of 346.03 square meters of 4 stories, and 346.03 square meters of 4 stories (hereinafter “the leased object of this case”). Around that time, the Plaintiff handed over the leased object of this case to C.

Article 1 (Deposit and Time for Payment) In the lease of real estate, the defendant agrees to the lease deposit and monthly rent as follows and the payment period shall be as follows:
Deposit: Monthly rent of KRW 500 million (replacement with existing lease deposit): KRW 7.3 million shall be paid in advance by the second day of each month.
Article 2 (Duration) (1) The plaintiff shall deliver the above real estate to the defendant by August 1, 2009 in a condition that it can be used for the lease purpose, and the term of lease shall be 2012 from the date of delivery.

2. Where the plaintiff or defendant does not express his/her separate intention in writing one month prior to the expiration of the contract term, this contract shall be deemed to have been extended automatically under the same conditions.
Article 3 (Payment of Management Expenses) The payment of management expenses shall be made by the plaintiff to the defendant, and the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff by the end of each month.
Provided, That if the lease contract period commences or terminates in the middle of the month, it shall be calculated by day.
Article 5 (Termination of Contract) If the defendant has failed to pay rent and management expenses more than twice continuously or has violated Article 4, the plaintiff may terminate the contract without delay.
With respect to arrears, the late payment charge of 19% per annum.
