However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 2016. 6. 5. 범행 피고인은 2016. 6. 5. 13:00 경 서울시 강남구 언 주로 30길 56에 있는 ‘ 타워 팰리스 1 차 주상 복합’ 앞 도로에서부터 구리시 서울 외곽 순환도로 32에 있는 ‘ 구리 휴게소’ 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 30.8km 의 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 B 코란도 스포츠 승용차를 무면허 운전하였다.

2. The crime committed on March 8, 2018.

A. On March 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act (d) and violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseed driving); (b) driven a DNA fluoring vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.144%, without obtaining a driver’s license, at a section of about 30 meters near the road at the entrance of C at the Southern-si, Southern-si; and (c) drive a DNA fluoring vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.14%.

B. In the above time and place, the injured Defendant was driving a van as above at the above time and place, and received a Fran bus for the injured E (74) driving.

Defendant 1, who caused a traffic accident as above, shall take the safety appearance in the knife in the knife vehicle after being informed of the traffic accident by the injured party.

In other words, the victim's head part was lowered over three times due to the safety mother, and the victim was injured by the damage of the head part in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
