1. Fraud Defendant

A. On July 19, 2012, the facts in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 19:50 on July 2, 2012 are provided by ordering the victim to pay 3,000 won as if the victim had no intent or ability to pay the price despite having ordered food.

B. At around 23:00 of the same month, the facts in the packing flaps of the nearby victim G management of the same F F are ordered to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price despite having ordered food, and, as if the price was paid, it was ordered to pay the price to the victim a total of KRW 16,00,00, such as so-called so-called ju and so-called,

C. E. On the 31th of the same month, at around 22:00, the facts in the same place as the above sub-paragraph (d) were ordered to provide food equivalent to KRW 11,000,000, as the victim had no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order, as if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the price.

2. A defendant interfering with business;

A. On July 19, 2012, the “E” restaurant operating around 19:00 the victim D (n, 57 years old) around July 2012, providing meals to the victim.
