The Defendant, in collusion with Brokers and C, prepared a false employment certificate and a false lease contract, and submitted the relevant documents to the financial institution, and applied for a worker’s lease loan. The lessor, upon receipt of a request from a financial institution to verify the actual status of the lease contract, applied for a worker’s lease loan and received it, and conspired to commit the crime by dividing the loan by dividing the loan.

According to the above public offering, around April 2012, 2012, the hubker prepared a false certificate of employment and other related documents as if the Defendant worked in D company, and made a false lease agreement on the “Seoul-si E Apartment-si, Gyeonggi-do, 103 402” owned by C, a lessor, and transferred the Defendant to file an application for a loan.
