Punishment of the crime
No person may intermediate other persons' communications or provide them for communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator.
Nevertheless, on February 13, 2018, at a place where it is difficult to identify the place, the Defendant expressed a letter on the purchase of USIM at the Internet portal site, and attempted to sell the same to the needy (USIM). The Defendant opened the same (USIM) with B number in the name of the Defendant at the Handphone agency in the trade name and provided four (3-40,000 won per opening to the needy (USM) and provided four (3-40,000 won per opening) to the needy person for the purpose of telecommunications by providing the telecommunications service of the telecommunications business operator for use.

However, the crime of this case is determined by comprehensively taking into account the details of the crime of this case and the circumstances before and after the crime of this case, the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, environment, etc., as well as the distribution of the convictions (USIM) that can be used for other crimes, which are highly detrimental to society.
