If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On March 26, 2013, around 20:52, the Defendant: (a) reported the dispute between the Defendant and the victim G (the 55-year-old age), who is the husband of the said D, carried out the said G out of the main gate, and committed an assault, such as threatening the said G’s chest back by hand to the son out of the main gate; and (b) assaulting the police officer coming out of the main gate and called out of the said D to punish the Defendant; and (c) assaulting D two times the son’s left chest part of the D on his hand.
